10 Years of Hurm.com

In July 1997, I celebrated the 10 year anniversary of my first domain, Hurm.com. I celebrated the occasion for ten weeks by having a new event each week. Events included a website redesign, artistic creation tips, and the launch of a new webcomic. A collection of such momentous events required a special logo, and so I created the "Celebrating 10 Years of Hurm.com" logo.

The logo was created in Macromedia Freehand. The foundation of the logo uses a simple block font, but I used a scratchy, distressed font in the center to give extra emphasis to the "10 Years" milestone. The logo appeared at the top of all web pages that used my new website design (created at the same time).
