Unregistered allowed again

Nowheresville once again allows for unregistered comments. If I don't get flooded with comment-spam, I'll keep it this way.

For the past couple of months, commenting on this site was only allowed to those with TypeKey accounts. This was to help combat the hundreds of comment-spam I had been getting. I was more than happy to keep things this way. However, for some reason, my site has been disallowing people to sign into TypeKey when using Internet Explorer for the PC. I don't know why yet, although I'm confident it's due to some XHMTL or CSS goof-up of mine. Since I've been procrastinating looking into the matter, I figured I'd open up comments to unregistered commenters, albeit in a moderated fashion.
