CNN reported an Associated Press story
here, entitled "Italy sets strict pizza guidelines." Those eateries that adhere to the guidelines will receive a special labelling attesting that the pizza therein was created in the official manner.
"We don't want the others not to make pizza, only we want them to make it as we make it -- as it should be done."
